Dominion Brewing Celebrates 25th Anniversary

Dover, DE – This past week Dominion Brewing Company celebrated a milestone. The brewery has

reached its quarter century mark! Starting in 1989 down in Ashburn, VA, the company has stood the test

of time and now continues to brew some of the finest ales in the country out of it’s brewery in Dover, De.

On Wednesday Sept 17, 2014, the company invited various breweries who are owned by or employ

people who spent time helping to create the Dominion story over the last 25 years. They all celebrated

this momentous achievement at Church Key in Washington, DC. Some of the brewery's that attended

were Victory, Lagunitas, Mad Fox, Lost Rhino, Starr Hill and Sly Fox. The original owner of Old

Dominion, Jerry Bailey even made it out for a few pints to trade stories with past and present brewery

employees.

On Saturday Sept 20, 2014, Dominion also threw a 25th Anniversary Party at the brewery in Dover,

DE to pay respects to their supporters drawing over 300+ attendees and offering the release of the

Commemorative 25th Anniversary Black IPL (THE DREAM) as well as music from Jim Reezac and a

Brooklyn based Rockabilly band - The Bloodshots.

A very proud and memorable week for the Dominion family. The 25th celebration concluded with a

thanks from President and CEO, Jim Lutz "Cheers to the last 25 years and a toast to the next 25!"
