Jester King - Dichotomous & Three Provenance Variants

image Today we get a look at four Jester King beers heading to bottles.  Dichotomous  is an ale brewed with Rosemary, Lavender, Spearmint and Watermelon Juice, it will be packaged in 750ml bottles and come in at 5.8% ABV.  We also get to see not one but three versions of Provenance.  The first is an ale fermented with tangerine & clementines with wild yeast (6.2% ABV) and the second is an ale refermented (also with wild yeast) with lemon and lime (6% ABV)…finally the third is refermented with orange and grapefruit (5.6% ABV).  These are all 750ml bottles as well.
