I’m excited to be the first to give you a peek at the packaging for the 2014 version of Anchor Brewing Merry Christmas & Happy New Year…aka Our Special Ale. For 2014 the packaging will feature another Jim Stit drawing, and this time it’s Sequoiadendron giganticum. This is the 12oz bottle (50.7oz below) and the beer comes in at 5.5% ABV for 2014. This is the 40th release of this beer, so I suspect we’ll be tasting something really interesting when the beer hits shelves in Nov…so stay tuned.
