The entire project was originally created to generate interest in the property and find a potential buyer to use the space. At this point no one has stepped up with an offer, which is why Kristen and Lindsey Archer are asking one of Memphis' own, Justin Timberlake, to step up.
In an open letter to Timberlake the two asked him to look at the project and consider purchasing the building.
The letter says in part: "Remember what you did in 2006? Nobody saw it coming. Nobody thought it was possible. But you. Man, you did it. You freakin' brought sexy back. Well, you know what? In 2014, you're going to #bringbreweryback. You can even write a song about it if you want."
