Here’s a new release coming to the Hardywood Brewing Barrel Series of beers. This is Bourbon Barrel DIPA and it is a Belgian-style Double IPA aged in Bourbon Barrels. This 2014 release will use Columbus, Summit & Cascade hops and then be fermented with an abbey ale yeast for 12 weeks in freshly emptied Four Roses bourbon barrels. Look for this beer to be packaged in 750ml bottles and come in at 9.4% ABV and 80 IBU.
