May 5, 2014—CLEVELAND, OHIO—Great Lakes Brewing Company® (GLBC) announces a summer-themed photo contest hosted atFriendsofGLBC.com, GLBC’s fan photo site.
Inspired by the far-flung photos of GLBC products received via GLBC’s social media outlets, this contest has a summer travel theme and one-of-a-kind GLBC-branded prizes designed for even more summer fun.
GLBC fans are encouraged to submit creative photos of their summer adventures while responsibly enjoying GLBC beer for the chance to win six locally sourced summer adventure grand prizes, including a tent, kayak, paddleboard, grill, hiking pack, and bicycle. Small weekly prizes of summer-themed GLBC merchandise will also be awarded throughout the program.
The new FriendsofGLBC.com boasts a dynamic photo gallery where users can view prizes, leave comments, and share their favorite photos. In addition to uploading directly to FriendsofGLBC.com, users can tag photos with #FriendsofGLBC on Twitter and Instagram to submit their entries.
