Record rainfall got you pessimistic about a delayed spring? At Diamond Knot we believe in positive thinking, so much so that we have decided to release our Blonde Ale in bottles a month early in preparation for the warm spring weather. And what a great beer for it!
Remember that kid in school who was cool but also got good grades? Meet our Blonde Ale. Using five different malts, it’s rebelliously complex to the style – gently hopped with a spicy nudge, light-bodied, clean, crisp with a refreshing finish that begs another sip.
But at 4.2% ABV it’s a goody two shoes.
Although Blonde Ale is one of the many delicious beers that can be found on draft year round, it is only bottled during our warmer months.
Diamond Knot Blonde Ale showed up for class April 1 at your favorite food retailer for a limited time.
