From Mother’s Brewing:

Mother’s Brewing is releasing their Imperial Three Bind Mice

from it’s Mother’s Others series. A rich, full-bodied beer, Imperial Three Blind Mice incorporates chocolate, coffee and caramel malt flavors, giving it a balanced finish.

This beer pairs well with braised short ribs and bacon wrapped filets, just in time for the spring BBQ season. For something a little sweeter, ITBM goes best with Bundt cake and flourless chocolate cakes.

“Imperial Three Blind Mice is a beer we created that really compliments the transition of winter into spring,” says Jeremy Wicks, Director of Sales and Marketing. “The hop nose and the finish really come together for a beer that is as delicious as it is balanced. Good for those milder nights and the warmer days, ITBM really goes with any occasion.”

Imperial Three Blind Mice will be sold in 4 packs and draft, and will begin hitting the Springfield, MO market this week, with other markets to follow closely behind. As part of the Mother’s Others series of beers, it has a higher ABV than other products within the Mother’s brand that are offered year round or seasonally. Several more beers from the Mother’s Others series will be released throughout 2014.

Mother’s Brewing Company is an independent craft brewery located in Springfield, Missouri. The company’s beers are currently available in bars, restaurants, and grocery and liquor stores throughout most of MO, as well as Kansas City, KS and Northwestern AR.
