Today we get to see two great new beers coming from Elysian Brewing: Six Degrees Of Collaboration is an IPA that will be brewed with Georgetown, Schooner Exact, Black Raven, Pike Brewing and Naked City. This IPA will appear at Seattle Beer Week 2014 and it uses 6 hops, 6 hop additions, 6 malts, 6 house yeast strains, 6 brewers and it celebrates 6 years of Seattle Beer Week. This beer will be packaged in 22oz bottles and come in at 6% ABV.
Next up we get to see the next Manic IPA Series release. This is Dayglow IPA and it will use Mosaic, Eldorado & Centennial hops. Look for this beer to be packaged in 22oz bottles and come in at 6.5% ABV.
