Here’s beer # 2 in the Bridgeport Trilogy Series.  This is Aussie Salute IPA and it is an Aussie-Hopped American IPA and it is a co brew between Jeff Edgerton and former Bridgeport brewmaster Phil Sexton.  This beer is hop jacked with Centennial & Chinook hops and dry-hopped with Australian Galaxy & Ella hops.  Look for Aussie Salute IPA to be packaged in 22oz bottles and come in at 5.8% ABV.
