From BrewDog via LasVegasSun:

Until now, a bottle of beer rescued from the ill-fated Hindenburg flight holds the world record selling at $17,000. That record could be broken Tuesday night here at Trump International hotel.

TV cameras from “Brew Dogs,” now in Season 2 on the Esquire Network (formerly Style), will record the frenzied bidding at a tasting party with Scottish stars and co-hosts James Watt and Martin Dickie supervising the action.

The magnum of beer will be showcased in an incredible glass bottle blown by Chicago artist John Miller. The golden stout with white chocolate hops has been brewing for two weeks at Tenaya Creek craft brewery here.

UPDATE…the beer sold for $3,500.00
