From the Coloradoan:
Larimer County and Anheuser-Busch are once again at odds over the value of the beer giant’s Fort Collins brewery.
The dispute over the brewery’s value, which determines the amount of property tax owed by the company, is headed to the Colorado Board of Appraisal Appeals for a hearing in late March.
County officials hope the state board will set the value for the property rather than relying on lawyers from both sides working out an agreement, as has been done for several years, said Commissioner Tom Donnelly.
