Shmaltz Brewing To Bring He’Brew Beers To Kentucky, Death of a Contract Brewer Goes Year-Round

From Shmaltz:

Happy New Year! It's 2014, the year of our 18th anniversary! Last month, we launched He'brew beer in Iowa with our new distributor, Johnson Brother's of Iowa, Inc. and this month we'll be taking our portfolio of award winning craft beers to Kentucky! The new brewery in Clifton Park is running strong and now that we have 100% control of our production, we're thrilled with the outcome.

R.I.P.A. on Rye spent ten months aging in Redemption Rye Whisky Barrels. Our limited engagement double IPA was bottled and kegged last week and we think you'll love the results as much as we do. 22oz bottles hit stores in February! Save this one for your secret stash.
RIPA on Rye bottling line

Stay tuned for some of our other great seasonal releases, Funky Jewbelation and the new Rejewvenator, which will be brewed with Merlot Grapes from California and Concord Grapes from New York. This bi-coastal Dubbel style brew will be worth waiting for until it hits stores in April!
