Days shorten and cold permeates everything, but the darkest time of the year also offers its treasures. Take Freedive, our India Black Ale, which will be poured for the first time ever Friday, January 10, in our Tap Room at 4 PM.
Freedive’s midnight color and roasty malt character belie its piney hop aroma, creating an unexpected combination. Freedive is a beer for winter, and like the snow and solitude, it will be gone before you realize.
The perfect food pairings for Freedive (and our other 6 beers) will be offered up by the Fat Shallot food truck from 6 - 9 PM.

We are located at 2000 Dempster Street in Evanston, which is about a block west of Dodge. It's a little tricky finding us, especially in the dark. So there's a little map below showing where you turn off Dempster into our lot.
