Social media nerd Chip Walton and brewer Eric Harper discuss Eric's Doppelbock, which was brewed and lagered in the Summit Pilot Plant. It will be on tap at the Summit Beer Hall Friday, Jan. 31st and Saturday, Feb. 1st. Also available for those beer fans attending the MN Craft Brewer's Guild "Winterfest" on Jan. 31st at Union Depot, Saint Paul, MN.
