From the Times Union:
The partners who plan to open a brewery and restaurant in the old Cramer's Armory site have lost their key New Jersey investor to a fatal heart attack.
The news came in a Facebook message Thursday from Brennon Cleary to Ed Tremblay, Cohoes' director of community and economic development.
Details, including date of death and the 52-year-old investor's name, weren't provided.
Cleary and partner Brent Decker had hoped to begin operations several months ago at Raven's Head Brewing, as it is called, after acquiring the armory for $220,000. They'd stabilized the roof and upgraded the electrical service.
