Established in 2011, our Prismatic Lager Series features a limited release procession of Northwest-embellished traditional lager styles ready for your enjoyment all-year-round. Look for another release to our Prismatic Lager Series this May!
Pravda, holding the Gold Medal from this past Great American Beer festival in the category of Bohemian-Style Pilseners, we are thrilled to bring this beer to you in bottles and on-draft! As the first release of the year to our Prismatic Lager Series, you can expect to see lagers from us all-year-round in 2014!

On The Bottle: The best lagers stay true to their roots and Pravda is no exception. Inspired by the Slavic word for truth, this beer was brewed in the traditional bohemian pilsner style, offering a refreshing and well-rounded, medium-bodied lager. Truly a beer for the people, by the people!

ReNEWale 2014 kicks off the year with a new beer! Each year, our brewers collaborate to brew a different beer under the ReNEWale label to celebrate the year ahead. This year, our brewers used our house alt yeast strain, the same one we use in our Sleigh'r, to brew an alt pale ale.

Based in the spirit of continuing our brewing education, our Single Hop Series features a refined and consistent malt profile with rotating single-hop experimentation. We take hops that are new-to-market or have yet to be used by our brewers, and feature them in this series, offering the perfect platform for our brewers and customers to taste and sample new hop varieties!
Mosaic, brings our Single Hop Series beers to new heights! This year, not only will you be able to find our Single Hop Series beer on-draft, but also for the first time ever in 22oz. bottles found in our Variety 4-Packs. On The Bottle: Ninkasi's Single Hop Series is a project to experience the unique characteristics of select hops and the individual flavors and nuances they impart. By using a standard malt selection, we have designed an elegant framework to showcase different hops. Each beer in the series is named for the hop in use and lends itself to a deeper understanding of the featured varietal.
