From Mustang Brewing:

The new brewhouse is close to completion! Over the past several months we have kept you up-to-date on the construction efforts of our new brewing space. January feels like a crescendo of activity that is getting us closer and closer to a finished brewhouse. We could not be more excited about what the next few months have in store. It feels like we are launching the company all over again!

Now that the equipment has arrived [although we are still waiting for a few more tanks], the plumbers, electricians and HVAC crew will begin to work their magic and make it all operational. Our brewers are busy ordering grain and hops. Our sales folks are spreading the craft beer gospel of our new brews. The office team are pounding away diligently to make sure all the state and federal requirements are handled, as well as working on tap handles, labels, keeping the lights on, etc. We even brewed a few test batches this week for the tasting room. You know what? The brewhouse smelled GREAT! We missed the smell of freshly-boiled hops and barley.

We are incredibly excited to celebrate the opening of the new brewhouse with two beers: Rocket Fuel, an Imperial Pale Ale, becomes available in February, and Hoplahoma, our version of an Okie IPA, will be launched in March.

We are excited for you to get a taste. You won't be disappointed! Stay tuned to our website, Facebook, Twitter, and/or the newsletter for launch events for each beer. If you want to get a first taste of Rocket Fuel, come by the tasting room during one of our #FliptheBirdFridays. We are open for tastings and tours every first and third Friday of the month from 4-7PM. This week, we will be featuring three, new beers on tap: aBelgian Dark Strong, Rocket Fuel, and an East Coast IPA. PLUS, we will have live music from HonkyTonk Stepchild!
