In late 2012, Jonathan Wakefield of Miami's J Wakefield Brewing dropped in to Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens - Liberty Station for a brew day with Stone CEO Greg Koch and Liberty Station Brewing Manager Kris Ketcham that involved the slicing, dicing and infusion of some seriously hot chile peppers into an outlandishly hot and tasty mango-, guava- and passion fruit-infused Berliner Weisse.
