Flying Fish Exit 1 Bayshore Oyster Stout Returns Next Week

Introducing our new late winter seasonal: Exit 1, an export style stout brewed with oysters. The creamy flavor of English chocolate and roasted malts harmonizes with minerals from Delaware Bay Point oysters added to the brew kettle (and then gobbled up by the brewers 15 minutes later). Irish ale yeast adds a bit of fruitiness and a dry crispness. This rich stout is perfect for cool weather–and especially delicious when paired with a few Jersey oysters on the half shell.

Exit 1 is available in 12 oz. 6-packs, 1/6 and 1/2 kegs and should start shipping next week.

Want to be one of the first to try Exit 1?  Stop by the brewery Thursday for a tour and tasting.  The beer will be on draft and at 4pm a pin of Exit 1 infused with cocoa will be on the bar.
