Epic - Old Sage Brett & Santa Cruz Brown Available Now

From Epic Brewing:

Old Sage Brett

A relative of Elder Brett, this wise old beer shows off lots of herbal funk. Brewed with rosemary, sage and thyme then aged in old Brainless on Peaches casks with Brettanomyces yeast. Flavors of tropical citrus mix with chardonnay notes and a funky, slightly tart finish.

Only available at the Salt Lake City and Denver breweries.

Santa Cruz Brown Ale

Santa Cruz Brown Ale is back for early spring. The initial releases of this dark, hoppy beer will feature Cascade, Centennial and Nugget hops in the boil as well as a generous addition of whole leaf Apollo hops in the hop back and even more Centennial and Apollo as a dry hop addition.

Santa Cruz pairs well with rich, savory dishes such as sausage, salmon, aged cheese and roasted root vegetables. A delightfully dark yet bright beer to help usher in the spring thaw.
