From DC Brau:

Washington, DC – The Penn Quarter Porter is now available in Pennsylvania! DC BRAU is thrilled to be working with Bella Vista Beer (bellavistabeverage.com) to distribute several of our signature beers throughout Eastern Pennsylvania.

“We are really excited to bring DC BRAU to Philadelphia and the surrounding counties,” says Brandon Skall, co-founder & president of DC BRAU Brewing Company. “We have long had personal and professional ties to the great city of Philadelphia, and we’re stoked to have our brews on beer lists and shelves amongst some of the best craft beer in the US.”

Cans of The Corruption, The Public, Penn Quarter Porter, and The Citizen are available, in limited quantities initially, in Bucks, Berks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northampton and Philadelphia counties. This is the first major expansion for DC BRAU outside the DC metro region.

In 2013, DC BRAU launch distribution in Montgomery County, Maryland, with plans to begin distribution throughout the rest of the state in the coming months.  “We’re definitely excited to launch sales in our neighboring state to the north, and hope to have our brew in restaurants and retailers across the border very soon,” says Skall. “Maryland is a massive priority for us in 2014.”

“Bella Vista worked hard to grow from a little mom and pop retailer to a respected distribution company that still maintains a family atmosphere, and that really resonates with us,” says Skall. “They also have the craft beer portfolio to prove they know how to help us expand our brand into the best beer bars and stores in the area.“
