Bend, OR, Cascade Lakes Brewing Company today announced the release their of 20th Anniversary IPA. This beer celebrates the company’s two decades of brewing in Central Oregon and celebrates Cascade Lakes’ humble beginnings. 20th Anniversary IPA is available in six packs and 50-liter draft kegs throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
20th Anniversary IPA uses Citra, Liberty, and Centennial hops. The grains include 2-row, Munich malt, and light crystal malt. The original gravity is 1.064, the IBU’s 82, and the alcohol 6.4%.
“This beer has truly been 20 years in the making. Our brewing experience combined with our knowledge of what our customers want really comes through in 20th said Chris Justema, president and partner, Cascade Lakes. “Citra hops are hard to get ahold of and to have them brewed and bottled in six packs is innovative and exciting. This beer is our way of thanking the community of beer drinkers that have supported us for two decades.”
