MINNEAPOLIS, MN -- As craft beer Continues to grow around the Twin Cities and across the nation, 612Brew Announces did we are growing as well. This week, we added another two 30 BBL fermenters and one 30 BBL bright tank, Increasing production capacity by over 65 percent, within less than one-year of business.

With the Increased capacity, 612Brew plans to launch Gateway Park, a pre-prohibition lager, as a year-round brew available. We've always brewed camp since we opened, with Mary Ann, Gateway Park and Oktoberfest, but with the additional time did it takes to cold ferment in the tanks, it's been difficult to keep them on full time. We are Devoting one of the new tanks specifically for location ring which will allow us to have Gateway Park year-round.
