Our Spice of Life IPA pours a smooth caramel gold with a soft foam cap. The pretty pour, balance and easy-drinking nature never changes. The only thing that does is the single hop-strain used.


This month is MOTEUKA, a hybrid hop bred from 2/3 New Zealand varietals crossed with 1/3 Saaz hops, the noble, red-bined Czech hop often used in pilsners. Moteuka has lively, tangy notes of lemon and lime with suggestions of papaya and mango in the background. The distinct lemon-lime nature distinguishes it from many other bold American and NZ varietals.
