Christmas came early for Mustang Brewing Co!
Last Friday we received our new brew system from Stout Tanks and Kettles out of Portland, OR. This 7 barrel, "small batch" brewhouse will be used for all of our Unbridled and SaddleBag Series offerings. We will continue to use the 15 and 100 barrel systems for larger batches. We chose a 7 barrel to allow more flexibility to scale these artisanal beers up or down as needed to meet demand. It is also the the perfect size for pilot batches for the new tasting room and/or limited keg releases. The fermenter you see on the far right of the picture is the lone surviving tank from the tornado that destroyed our brewhouse in May. She will be joined by more fermenters and brite tanks in January or February. Rocket Fuel [pictured to the left] will be the first brew out of the new system and is scheduled for a February release. We will update you with more information in January.
