What's more fun than a barrel of monkeys? Two barrels of beer! Ugh. Sorry. We've apparently read one too many corny Christmas cards this year. But we do promise barrels of fun in December. In fact, we're digging into one of our favorite single barrels ever as well as breaking out some Holy Mole just in time for the Holidays:
Single Barrel Foggy Notion
This tasty bomber offers everything you love about Foggy Notion, including the big body and a ton of malt, but we went a different route with the aging for this single barrel. It's100% sherry barrel aged, resulting in ramped up sweet, rich brown sugar flavors. We'll be breaking it out this month, and we'll give you a heads up on facebook when we do.
Holy Mole
To warm up these chilly nights, Mother's has brewed some of our Holy Mole. This flavorful beer is inspired by traditional Mexican mole sauces and features balanced flavors of cocoa nibs, cinnamon bark, and dried ancho, pasilla, chipotle, and guajillo chili peppers. You're not going to want to miss out on our limited offering of Holy Mole, so stay tuned on facebook for the invite to get your hands on a pint or two.
