Here are the latest photos (and captions) coming from Sierra Nevada documenting the progress at their new Mills River, NC facility.
The front façade of the bottling hall is complete and sheathed in bricks and copper detail.
A worker steps across stacked brick pavers staged in front of the brewery whose brewhouse and fermentation cellars are readied for use.
During preliminary testing of the bottling line, test bottles are labeled with various labels and crowns after being filled with water.
The copper kettles and brewing vessels are covered in insulation and sheltered by scaffolding as work continues inside the brewhouse. Eventually, tours at the new North Carolina site will be an impressive look inside the workings of our brewery.
