We made it! It's been a fun and interesting year of a dozen antique ales, and to mark the final release, we're hosting a special party on Saturday, Dec. 14. We'll be tapping Wild Carrot Seed Ale and toasting to a brilliant year.
Shareholders will be able to pick up their prized Province Ale Company journals, as well as their parting gifts: a Province Ale Company T-shirt and vintage-style cap!
Proprietor Nicolo Mastroianni (aka Sam Calagione), brewer Ragged Jordan (aka Ben Potts) and chef Joseph Arsenault (aka Dennis Marcoux) have decided to go out with a crack and bang and will be pouring all 12 Province Ale Company ales. You'll also enjoy special Province-inspired food specials all day. And don't forget … we'll be voting on which two were the "mock" antique beers, and the winners will join Sam at an upcoming Beer Dinner at the brewpub.
You may be saying, "Hey, the 14th is only the second Saturday of the month?!?" Well, we decided with all of the holidays and what-not surrounding the third weekend of December that our shareholders would more likely be able to attend this great event a week early.
