Weyerbacher has taken delivery of another new tank – this time it is a brite tank with 80 barrels of capacity! This one was custom made for us by JV Northwest to be able to fit through our loading dock door. As you can see from the photos below, it was… er, perfect. The addition of this tank will greatly increase our filtration to bottling/kegging efficiency as we will no longer need to split beers between smaller tanks. In late 2012 and early 2013 we added a total of 8 new 80 barrel fermentation tanks to our cellar so this is the next step in our continually increasing capacity! Have a look at the photos — Cheers!
