Rock Art Brewery is getting busy with the barrels. Today we get a peek at Rock Art Bourbon Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout. This big beer will be packaged in 22oz bottles and come in at 70 IBU and 10% ABV.
UPDATE 9 Dec 2013 from Rock Art:
We are bottling the Russian Imperial Stout that we aged in Bourbon Barrel from Makers Mark today. Mountain Holidays in Vermont Bock Lager has been offered every year since I believe 2004 and are happy to have it available again for 2013. Bottles available at the Rock Art Brewery tasting room and gift store as well as your favorite Vermont beer locations.
