Dogfish Head - Immort Ale Returns For 2013

image
Great news from Dogfish Head:

It’s vast in character, luscious, complex, and now…it’s back!  Immort Ale is returning to retail shelves & taps and we couldn’t be more excited.

Because we only see this brew once a year, we decided a little “Welcome Home” party was in order.

For starters, we’re bringing you an Immort Ale sensory panel.  What in the world?  You’ll get the chance to see, smell, and even try the individual ingredients that make this brew so very special—peat smoked barley, juniper berries, vanilla, maple syrup, and oak chips.

If you can’t get enough of the beer that way, Bunyan’s food truck will be featuring wood grilled pancakes and bacon jam for your favorite DFH beer-infused brat.  Mouth is officially watering.

And lastly, we want you to be a part of this fun—forever.  We’re asking that you bring in something you’d like to add to the DFH time capsule—you know, become immort(ale)ized with us here at the brewery.  Get it?  Get it?  Don’t have anything you’re willing part with, just add a note—something to get in on this ever-lasting memory!  We’re burying this gem in Bunyan’s Forest and digging it up some time in the future.  When you say?  Well, that’s still TBD…

We’ve been waiting all year for Immort Ale, and now it’s time to celebrate!  We’ll see you here, right?
