CB Craft Brewers Releases Coffee Stout As New Winter Seasonal

imageFrom CB Craft Brewers:

Honeoye Falls, NY – Western New York is known for its long frigid winters. To combat the dreary winter months, CB Craft Brewers has released a new winter seasonal appealing to both craft beer lovers and coffee drinkers.

Joe Latte Vanilla Coffee Stout is a twist on a traditional milk stout with the addition of coffee from Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters in Rochester, NY. The coffee is added at the end of the boil for a rich coffee flavor that complements the deeply kindled malts. The addition of lactose sugar adds a creamy mouth feel while the natural Madagascar Bourbon vanilla adds a little extra sweetness. The result is a milk stout unlike any other.

Seasonal beers give the brewing staff at CB Craft Brewers an opportunity showcase their creative side. Joe Latte Vanilla Coffee Stout was inspired by a recipe developed by their brewing team last winter. A brewery exclusive, the beer quickly sold out. Joe Latte is the result of countless hours perfecting last year’s recipe. The beer is 5.5% ABV and 27 IBU.

Available in 12-oz six-packs and on draft, Joe Latte Vanilla Coffee Stout will hit store shelves mid-November. Available in all area Wegmans and other grocery retailers as well as on draft in local restaurants and taverns.
