Broad Brook Brewing Opens In East Windsor, CT

Fifteen minutes before the Broad Brook Brewing Co. opened its doors to the public for the first time on Thursday, Oct. 3, the team behind the beer was still getting ready.

Eric Mance, one of three partners in the craft brewing venture, was scarfing down a sandwich and shaking his head…A few minutes later, when they unlocked the door and posted the "open" sign, a steady stream of patrons began filing in. Business was brisk until closing, with beer lovers standing five and six deep to try the house-brewed Broad Brook Ale, Alt and Oktoberfest on tap.
