Today we get a peek at not one, not two, not even three…but FOUR labels coming from Prairie Artisanal Ales. Coffee Noir is an Imperial Stout aged in Whiskey Barrels with coffee beans (11% ABV). Vanilla Noir is an Imperial Stout aged in Whiskey Barrels with Vanilla Beans (11% ABV). Prairie Noir is an Imperial Stout aged in Whiskey Barrels (11% ABV). Finally we have the odd man out in Pirate Bomb. This beer is an Imperial Stout aged in Rum Barrels with coffee, cacao nibs, vanilla beans and Chilies (14% ABV). These will all be packaged in 12oz bottles.
