From Grimm Brothers:
LOVELAND, Colo. – Sept. 17, 2013/mbb/ – Following a week of devastating flash flooding in Larimer County and Loveland, the organizers of the Loveland Oktoberfest have made several changes to the event to help a community whose resources are focused on flood recovery efforts and to ensure a safe, fun festival for everyone. The festival will be moving from Foote Lagoon in downtown Loveland to the parking lot in front of Grimm Brothers Brewhouse & Tap Room, located at 623 Denver Ave. Loveland, Colorado 80537. In addition, the event will now be held on Saturday, Sept. 21 from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. only.
Proceeds from the event, in addition to benefiting local nonprofit Colorado Youth Outdoors, will also go to support flood recovery efforts in Loveland and Larimer County. Team Stabos (Save Them All BIG or Small,) has decided to donate any proceeds designated for their organization from the event to the flood recovery efforts as well.
