Goose Island Signing 10-Year Deal To Remain In Clybourn Brewpub

Exciting Goose Island news from Chicago Eater:

In another turnaround in negotiations, Chicago's beacon of craft beer is staying on Clybourn for another 10 years. Goose Island founder John Hall confirmed today that although paperwork isn't finalized yet, he has reached a deal with the landlord and will be signing a new 10-year lease. Chicago Real Estate Daily first reported that both sides were closing in on an agreement.

A report surfaced back in June that the landlord broke off negotiations but Goose Island reps said then that negotiations were ongoing. A similar situation took place in 2008, when it appeared that Goose Island would be relocating…
