Today we have a great looking label and a tasty sounding beer coming from DuClaw.  This beer is called Serum XXIPA and it is Bourbon barrel aged.  Serum starts as a Double IPA, and limited quantities are then aged in Bourbon barrels.  Look for Serum XXIPA to be packaged in 22oz bottles and come in at 9% ABV.
