Despite Costing $2000 per 12oz Bottle - Hair Of The Dog “Dave” Barleywine Sells Out

Bottles of Hair of the Dog "Dave Barleywine went on sale 9/25 at 11:30AM.  At $2000 per 12oz bottle it was a surprise to everyone when the last bottle was sold just hours after they went on sale.  Dave is a 29% ABV barleywine that was originally produced in 1994 using an Eisbock freezing method that ultimately reduced the output to 100 gallons.  For those asking that’s about $167 per ounce!
