Ninkasi Brewing Coming To Southern California

EUGENE, Ore.—Aug. 12, 2013—Ninkasi Brewing Company announces distribution of its 22-ounce line-up, draft beers
and limited releases to Southern California. Ninkasi will bring its Flagship Series—including Total Domination IPA,
Believer Double Red, Tricerahops Double IPA, Oatis Oatmeal Stout, and Vanilla Oatis Oatmeal Stout—to the greater Los
Angeles basin, Orange and San Diego counties this August. Other available series’ will include Ninkasi’s Seasonal Release
Series and limited quantities of its Special Release, Prismatic Lager, and Rare and Delicious series’.

“Our newly added capacity has allowed us to join the craft party in San Diego and to be a part of the revolution taking
place in Los Angeles,” explains Marty Ochs, vice president of sales for Ninkasi. “The excitement is tangible, the fan
support is cult-like, and it feels like there are accounts lined up waiting with open arms.”

Ninkasi has signed agreements with six distributorships to deliver its high-quality craft beers throughout Southern
California. L. Knife & Son, Inc. DBA Craft Beer Guild Distributing of California - San Diego will handle distribution in San
Diego County. The greater Orange County and Los Angeles basin areas will be covered by an alliance of Straub
Distributing Co., Ace Beverage Co., Mission Beverage Co., Triangle Distributing Co., and Heimark Distributing LLC.
