When fully functional, it will be able to produce 5,000 barrels of beer annually — that's the equivalent of 10,000 kegs. And the brewery doesn't plan to keep all of that to itself: Bluejacket beers will be available at other, non-NRG restaurants around the D.C. area.
Bluejacket will always be serving about 20 of its own beers, including five cask ales. And those beers will vary widely, mainly because the brewery has 19 different fermentation tanks, meaning they won't have to rush one beer out of a tank just to begin the next batch.
