Two Rivers Brewing Set to Open in Easton PA This Fall

image

We’ve been following along as Easton PA’s Two Rivers Brewing works to open their brewing facility.  The original details are here, the kickstarter campaign is here and even their Free Will co-brewed Hanami is here.  As the restaurant & bar are open, they are reporting the brewery is still a few months away with an anticipated opening in Oct.  The delay was caused by the conversion of older wooden beams on the 2nd floor to support the weight of the brewing system.  This from Two Rivers:

We have opened our second floor dining rooms.  Our main dining room features a custom made bar utilizing salvaged materials from the building - hotel room doors (with room numbers still attached) and black slate found in the basement.  We also have a 'private' dining room that seats about 20 - available for your next event.

The second floor dining rooms add about 50 seats to our 70 seats in the first floor bar and dining room - featuring the restored original tin ceiling, 1920's Zenith radio bar and original terrazzo floor.
Come experience our warm and comfortable restaurant.

Our bar is a full service bar featuring a prohibition era
cocktail list.  We are currently serving local craft beers such as Weyerbacher, Fegley's and Free Will.

We are a couple months away from getting our brewery up and running.  When completed, our 7 barrel system will be able to produce enough beer for us to have 10 different beers on tap.
