From The Bruery:
1. Bottleworks XII: In case you missed some of the buzz around our tasting room this past week, we are going to be re-releasing one of our favorite barrel-aged sours -- Bottleworks XII -- exclusively to our Reserve Society this year as one of their Mystery Beers. To celebrate the return of that brew, this Monday we'll be putting on a keg of both the original and this year's batch to try side by side!
2. Tart of Darkness Release: We'll be releasing this year's batch of Tart of Darkness in bottles this upcoming Monday and draft the following Friday. This sour stout is aged in used Black Tuesday, Anniversary and other strong ale barrels and is a seriously sour treat!
3. Sans Pagaie Randall: Sans Pagaie has been missing from our line-up for a couple weeks now, but we couldn't help save a keg for our barrel-aged sour month. We'll be running this delicious blonde ale aged on cherries through a randall of vanilla beans and cacao on Tuesday. Yum!
