Lagunitas Names Chicago Head Brewer Mary Nowak /Bauer & Brewery Manager Brandon Greenwood

image As you can see from Lagunitas Brewing founder Tony Magee’s tweets, they have hired a head brewer for their new Chicago imagefacility, and as Tony says, it’s a woman.  Mary Nowak (aka Mary Bauer) will be joining the team as head brewer from her former position with Budweiser in Minnesota.  Tony has also named Brandon Greenwood as Brewery Manager.  Brandon is coming from Nodding Head & lately Mike’s Hard to join the Chicago team.

On the Petaluma, CA side…Tony announced that Jeremy Marshall (longtime head brewer) will be named Brewmaster.
