Here's something else in the short term for you to look
forward to. Why not drop by your favorite Four Peaks location on Monday, July 29th and indulge in a little SIRIUS BLACK!
That's right, just like Double Knot Day from back on July 15th, we will be tapping a single keg at each location this Monday!
In case you don't recall, Sirius Black (a.k.a. Winter Wobbler 2008) is our take on a Russian Imperial Stout with a bit of a twist. We deviated from a traditional recipe by adding licorice root as well as Indian Monsooned Malabar coffee with the intention of adding even more complexity to an already very complex beer. Sirius Black has an intense roasted malt/coffee aroma with flavors of burnt toffee and caramel as well as a slight alcoholic "heat" (due to its 9.5% alcohol content).
So join us on Monday, July 29th beginning at 11am at both our original 8th Street and the Scottsdale Grill & Tap locations, and at 2pm at our Tasting Room on Wilson, to enjoy one of our most popular and asked for Seasonals (as well as a personal favorite of mine!), Sirius Black!
