From BizJournals:
Seattle real estate company Urban Visions on Tuesday bought the four-story building and an adjacent parking lot, and plans to gussy up the property as it brings in new tenants, including Elysian Brewery and Cherry Street Coffee. Urban Visions CEO Greg Smith said the site, where high-rise development is permitted, ultimately could be redeveloped.
The acquisition adds a third property near Pike Place Market to Urban Visions’ portfolio. One is a parking lot at Second and Pike, where Urban Visions hopes to start construction on a mixed-use high-rise next year. The other is the Liberty Building, 116 Pike St., which houses the Hard Rock Café.
