Brown Iron Brewing To Invest $1.8 Million In Shelby Township, MI Brewery

Eisenbruan is looking to start up her proposed Brown Iron Brewery craft beer establishment on the site where the Flower Gallery and Leatherworks are currently located on Van Dyke in Washington Township.

Initial plans call for a 6,400-square-foot building on the site, with a 160-person seating capacity, creating 39 jobs.

"I am investing about $1.8 million in this," she said. "This is going to be a life change for me. We want to succeed."
