From Lehigh Valley Live:
On Aug. 23, homebrewers can compete for the title at the restaurant. The winner (decided by his or her peers) will be invited back to the Brew Works to work with brewmaster Beau Baden. According to a news release, the winning beer will be declared Beer of the Lehigh Valley Beer Week during the festival (Feb. 16-23, 2014). The beer will then be known as LVBW2.
It's the second year Brew Works is hosting this contest. Last year's winner, Michael Sexton, earned LVBW1 status with his Black Eye Rye PA.
