From Troegs:
We will host a special Triple Dry-Hopped Friday event on June 7 featuring the draft release (yes, we will fill growlers!) and five firkins of our new Triple Dry-Hopped Perpetual IPA. This hopped-up version of PIPA is a result of field testing a new hop infusing system built by BrauKon. “While testing the ‘Hop Gun,’ we wanted to experiment with its capacity so we tripled the dry-hop levels for Perpetual,” said John Trogner. Tapping occurs when the first customer through the door orders a pint from one of the firkins!
SCRATCH #99 RELEASED today in the Tasting Room! For Scratch #99, we’re revisiting the blissful world of the Belgian-style Witbier, or white ale. This beer typically features a blend of wheat and barley along with spices and Belgian yeast to create a refreshing and complex flavor. With a dense haze from the red wheat and a foamy white head, Scratch #99 incorporates subtle tartness and a delicate orange aroma that complements the spices and the LaChouffe yeast. The finish is dry and crisp. Currently only available on draft. Cases and 6-packs available soon. Yes, we will fill growlers!
