Flying Mouse Brewery Coming To Troutville, VA

Frank and his wife Debbie are getting ready to open Flying Mouse Brewery in Troutville, which will be Botetourt County's first brewery. 

While the small town of Troutville might seem like a curious location for a brewery, Moeller said it has everything they're looking for including a fantastic view. 

"That's the Trans-America Bike Trail right there at our entrance and the Appalachian Trail is right there, less than half of a mile up the road," said Moeller as he pointed at the trails. "The idea of trying to pull in (Appalachian Trail) hikers, pull in bicyclists, pull in people that are really thinking of outdoor family activity is really the center of what we're trying to do."
